Quality Assurance Department was built to provide customers with excellent relay products and services. Based on the theory of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement of Doctor Zhu Lan, the department continuously improves the quality and reduces the cost through planning of quality assurance organization, establishment of quality control standard, formulation of quality sample plate, control of quality inspection and launching of quality improvement. Each process from incoming material to processing, from end products to shipment and from order to cash utilizes PDCA model management, insists on the principle of “Do Not Accept Rejects, Do Not Make Rejects, Do Not Deliver Rejects”, and implements the corporate philosophy of “Focus on Customer, Process Guarantees Result, Prevention Surpasses Cure, Whole-process Full Action, Reason Replaces Experience, Continuous Cyclic Improvement”. It adopts 5S, QCC, 6σ, QFD, TQM and other advanced management tools, achieving reject ratio of 5PPM and enhancing market competitiveness and customer loyalty.
