According to Work Plan of Assessment of Pilot Enterprises for the "Doubling Plan" of Dongguan in 2018 (Dong Bei Zeng Ban [2018] No. 409) and Work Plan of Selection of Pilot Enterprises for the "Doubling Plan" of Dongguan in 2019 (Dong Bei Zeng Ban [2018] No. 412), the Municipal Office of the "Doubling Plan" has carried out the dynamic adjustment of pilot enterprises for the "Doubling Plan" of Dongguan in 2019. After consideration of the working conference of the Municipal Office of the "Doubling Plan", Sanyou Corporation Limited passed the 2018 annual assessment with its relevant business indicators meeting the requirements of the assessment plan. It has been determined that Sanyou Corporation Limited is going to become a pilot enterprise for the "Doubling Plan" of Dongguan in 2019.
This year, an upgraded version of the "Doubling Plan" has been initiated in Dongguan, which innovatively proposes the development concept of deepening the high-quality doubling of enterprises and formulates the New Ten Policies including comprehensively easing of renovation of industrial lands, assignment of service staff linked up to the enterprises and establishment of a two-way feedback mechanism for policies. In this way, the development of the real economy with advanced manufacturing at its core can be promoted with efforts.
The development needs of the enterprise have been sorted out comprehensively, targeted allocation of the factor supply has been achieved, and problems such as enterprise land, security housing for talents, enrollment of employees' children as well as landing and expansion of supporting factories have been addressed.
The policy environment has been further improved with supporting incentive measures and rules for implementation promptly promulgated, support increased in terms of identification of high-level enterprises, technological transformation and listing, and existing advantageous enterprises promoted to accelerate the realization of doubling of scale and benefits.
