Recently, in order to support the school's epidemic prevention work and promote an orderly resumption of school, Sanyou Corporation Limited appointed Liu Wei, the HR Director, made a special trip to Chuzhou Municipal Vocational School of Mechanics to express cordial sympathy to the faculty and staff who were busy with the epidemic prevention work before resumption of school and donated anti-epidemic materials, which consisted of 3,000 masks, to the School. Principal Zhu Shiping of Chuzhou Municipal Vocational School of Mechanics accepted the donation on behalf of the School and expressed his heartfelt thanks to Sanyou Corporation Limited for the donation. Vice Principals Ma Xiangmei and Yan Jia also attended the donation ceremony.
After the donation, both parties held a conversation on special topics in regard to school-enterprise cooperation. Principal Zhu summarized the cooperation within the past two years and believed that there had been a high degree of fit in the professional aspect with the Sanyou-titled class, and the training method of integration of production and education allowed the students to better master knowledge and skills. He sincerely hoped to maintain a good long-term cooperation with Sanyou!
Director Liu also expressed his opinion that:
1. For Mingguang Manufacturing Base of Sanyou Corporation Limited, there had been a large talent gap. Compared with coastal cities, it was more difficult to obtain talents there. Sanyou Corporation Limited's HR strategy was to develop locally and find ways to cultivate and retain talents. Cooperation with Chuzhou Municipal Vocational School of Mechanics was one of the ways to implement the strategy.
2. In regard to the school-enterprise cooperation in this year, it could be known from the experience in previous years that we needed to prepare in advance and do a good job in enterprise publicity so as to lay a solid foundation for obtaining high-quality sources of students.
The both parties reached consensus in many aspects at this symposium, which laid a good foundation for promotion of the in-depth convergence of school and enterprise and mutual benefit and win-win results.
