According to the relevant provisions of Notice on Carrying Out the 2019 Selection of "100-Excellent Innovative Models" (Dong Gao Xin Xie Hui (2019) No. 106), after formal review, written review and voting and publicity of the selection leading group, the new energy relay of Sanyou Corporation Limited has been awarded the title of "2019 100-Excellent Innovative Product."

Sanyou Corporation Limited is a professional national-level high-tech enterprise which integrates R&D, manufacturing and sales of relays. It is also one of the 100 top electronic component enterprises in China. Currently, the relays produced by the enterprise include more than 80 series and more than 20,000 product specifications. The range of the products cover four categories, respectively general power relays, magnetic latching relays, automotive relays and new energy relays (i.e., high-voltage DC relays). They are widely used in household appliances, transportation, industry, new energy vehicles, charging pile equipment, information technology, medical care and other fields.

SEV400 is a high-voltage DC relay used in new energy vehicles. There are four main applications for high-voltage DC relays in new energy vehicles: main relays for DC voltage control, relays for normal/fast charge, relays for insulation blocking, safety control and high-voltage auxiliary application as well as relays for high-voltage pre-charge.

This product has high performance and adopts a sealing structure with ceramic body, which can work in explosive or harmful environments. The contacts are protected in the sealed body structure, will not be corroded and oxidized. The contact parts reach protective class IP67 with coil circuits for energy saving. The power consumption of the relay is only 2.6W under stable operation, and the input voltage of the coils ranges from 12V to 24V DC; it can meet the requirements of response to abnormal conditions and can switch for 10 times overcurrent.

This product reduces the magnetic loss between the static iron core and the dynamic iron core through the innovative design of the dynamic iron core. It avoids the risk of current leakage through injection molding of plastic parts on the moving point contacts and innovative design of component structures. It also improves the insulation performance between the moving-point contacts and other conductive parts, makes maintenance convenient with contactor components designed as separate detachable structures. Through the innovative design of the pushing mechanism, it avoids the generation of powder in the cavity of the relay that causes accidents. It improves safety, electrical vacuum, anti-vibration and anti-impact performances while reducing production costs, which facilitates mass production.
