In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the Municipal and Township Federations of Trade Unions for vigorous development of the employees' vocational skills, further improve the comprehensive quality of companies' employees, enhance their teamwork ability while discovering experts in skills on posts, cultivating high-quality skilled talents and showing that our company strives for excellence with the spirit of the craftsman, the 2018 "Trade Union Cup" Vocational Skill Competition of Tangxia Town Federation of Trade Unions (Special Session of Sanyou Corporation Limited), sponsored by Tangxia Town Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by Sanyou Corporation Limited, has been formally held on December 7, 2018 .

In the early morning, crystal clear drops of dew gleamed on the buds ready to burst, looking full of vigor and life. Co-workers from the Competition Committee came to the site of the opening ceremony early to make advance preparation. Placed on both sides of the road, colorful flags with the words "2018 Sanyou Corporation Limited Vocational Skill Competition" were fluttering in the wind. With banners and display boards, the strong atmosphere of the competition presented Sanyou's good image of attaching importance to skills and quality. At 8:20, the representatives (team leaders, judges and host) of all participating teams and the guests had arrived at the site in advance.

At 8:30, the competition formally opened, accompanied by the sonorous music of National Anthem of the People's Republic of China. On behalf of Sanyou Corporation Limited, Kang Ruxi, the General Manager of the Department of Automobile Business delivered a welcome speech to the leaders of the Federation of Trade Unions and the employees of the company who attended the competition; Comrade Deng Jianxin, the representative of Tangxia Town Federation of Trade Unions, delivered an important speech for the competition; and Comrade Guan Zhongliang, the Vice Chairman of the Labor Union of Sanyou Corporation Limited, delivered the opening speech for the competition. After the solemn oaths of the participating representatives and judge representatives, the competition formally started! 22 events of competition are being carried out in full swing in 4 divisions simultaneously.

The first division is the Department of Business in Dongguan, where there are 5 events in total, respectively automatic wire adjustment for the First Section of Manufacturing, manual adjustment for the Second Section of Manufacturing, SMI adjustment for the Section of Coil, substrate wiring for the Section of Equipment Technology and manual electrical testing for the Section of Quality Assurance. At the competition site, a number of manufactured products of a certain model are selected, evaluation was performed through human technical operations in regard to time and quality, and the true "experts" in skills are selected. Nearly 300 co-workers signed up for the competition within this division, and the number of winners has reached 76. It is the division with the largest number of participants and the largest number of award winners.

The second division is the Department of Automobile Business and the Department of Contact Business, where there are 6 events in total, respectively punch refueling belt for the Section of Manufacturing, soldering iron welding for the Section of Manufacturing, electrical testing of board wiring for the Section of Equipment Technology and visual inspection of finished products for the Section of Quality Control of the Department of Automobile Business, as well as cold heading commission for the Section of Manufacturing and precise measurement of the Sections of Quality Control and Technology of the Department of Contact Business. There are exciting and fierce competitions between key technical posts such as spot welding, wiring, punching, commission, measurement, and visual inspection. Nearly 200 co-workers signed up for the competition within this division, and the number of winners has reached 72. It is the division with the highest score in team events.

The third division is the Department of Hardware Business, where there are 5 events in total, respectively: punch refueling belt for the Section of Manufacturing, high-end projector measurement for the Section of Quality Control, circular punch pin processing for the Section of Technology, part shape and fine hole processing for the Section of Basic Processing and step distance adjustment in mold setting for the Section of Mold. Before the competition, strict pre-competition exercises were conducted through drawing review, material selection, processing, self-inspection, measurement and other manufacturing processes. On the day of the competition, all participants brought their normal levels into play and their results were very close. The judges used calipers to measure precisely to hundredths at the site. Nearly 120 co-workers signed up for the competition within this division, and the number of winners has reached 50. It is the division where the participating teams have played the best and the judges' ability has been tested to the fullest.

The fourth division is the headquarters and the Department of Plastics Business, where there are 6 events in total, respectively power-on wiring for the Song Chaoyang Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio, manual drawing for the Section of Technology of the headquarters, use of office software for the Comprehensive Department, and comprehensive parameter testing for the Department of Quality Assurance, electric forklift palletizing for the Section of Warehousing of Supply Chain and external inspection of SRG skeleton for the Department of Plastics Business. The participants' professional skills have been tested through independent skills in events. Nearly 130 co-workers signed up for the competition within this division, and the number of winners has reached 65. It is the division with the most variety of skills of the participating teams in the events.

Under the gorgeous sunset glow, the Sanyou plant was tinged golden yellow. After 6 hours of fabulous competition, at 16:30, the award-giving guests, the team leaders of all events, the host, and the judges came to the site of the closing ceremony. We held the closing ceremony of the 2018 "Trade Union Cup" Vocational Skill Competition of Tangxia Town Federation of Trade Unions (Special Session of Sanyou Corporation Limited) on time at 16:50. Comrade Wang Mengjun, the Chairman of the Labor Union of Sanyou Corporation Limited, made an adequate summary report on the entire competition. He emphasized that the Vocational Skill Competition was a major review of the development results of vocational education, which greatly showed the enterprise employees' hard work and determination to move forward. Sponsored by Tangxia Town Federation of Trade Unions, this competition is the vocational skill competition of the largest scale with the largest number of participants and the most events among the skill competitions undertaken by Sanyou Corporation Limited.

Immediately afterwards, the Team Awards and the Individual Skill Awards were given. The First Section of Manufacturing of the Department of Business in Dongguan, the Section of Equipment Technology of the Department of Business in Dongguan, the Section of Manufacturing of the Department of Automobile Business, the Section of Equipment Technology of the Department of Automobile Business and the Section of Technology of the Department of Hardware Business have won the third prize of the team award with the medals and the money of prize awarded by Comrade Guan Zhongliang, the Vice Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions; the Section of Basic Processing of the Department of Hardware Business, the Section of Manufacturing of the Department of Contact Business and the Sections of Technology and Quality Control of the Department of Contact Business have won the second prize of the team award with the medals and the money for prize awarded by Comrade Meng Fanlong, the General Manager of the Department of Business in Dongguan; the Section of Quality Assurance Section of the Department of Automobile Business has won the first prize of the team award with the medals and the money for prize awarded by Comrade Wang Mengjun, the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions. For the Individual Skill Award, 28 representatives from 22 teams of events have won the first prize, 76 representatives won the second prize, and 159 representatives won the third prize. The certificates and the money for prize were awarded by Comrade Deng Jianxin, the representative of Tangxia Town Federation of Trade Unions.
